  • Order details: products, sizes, colors, prices, offers used and order history.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits and card type), not your full card number.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Messages and support: what you send us by email or forms, including order numbers and photos you share for a claim.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from our emails.

3. How we use it

  • To process and deliver your order, take payment, send order and shipping updates and provide customer support.
  • To handle returns, exchanges, guarantee claims and disputes.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the site and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

  • Payment providers, which process your payment.
  • Production, fulfillment and shipping partners (including partners located in Asia) and delivery carriers, who receive your name, address, phone number and email to prepare, ship and deliver your order and handle customs.
  • Analytics, advertising and email service providers (for example, Meta, Google and email tools we may use), who help us measure the site, show ads and send messages.
  • Professional advisers, authorities and courts when the law requires or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics tools may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state laws.   • Australia: access and correction, and the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
  • Brazil (LGPD): confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability and information about sharing, and the right to complain to the ANPD.

We respond within the time the law requires, and in any case within 30 days. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations (which can require us to keep order records for several years), to resolve disputes and to enforce our terms. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, and our checkout is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site can link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
