Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days in total from the day you order, including processing.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Multiple items

Items in one order can arrive in separate packages. You are not charged extra for this.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to some countries can be charged import duties or taxes by customs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery problems

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at contact@marcoauroro.com. We will send a replacement or refund.

Address changes

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change the shipping address. After the order ships, we cannot change it.
