These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Marco Auroro is a trade name of Maicon Jhonn Sousa De Oliveira (CNPJ 42.725.997/0001-97), Rua Icatu, 950, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, SP, 12237-010, Brazil (“Marco Auroro”, “AURORO”, “we”, “us”). 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and small variations in finish or appearance can occur. Sizes are shown as US sizes; please use our Size Guide and measure your foot before ordering. Product descriptions are for general information only and are not a promise of any specific performance result. Our footwear is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a foot, joint or health condition, please talk to a health professional before choosing footwear.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless the checkout says otherwise.
  • Prices, offers and availability can change at any time before you place an order. The price you see at checkout when you complete your order is the price you pay.
  • Import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices unless the checkout says so. They are your responsibility.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number. See our Billing Terms.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation.
  • We may refuse, limit or cancel an order at any time, including for a pricing or listing error, a product that is not available, or suspected fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.
  • You are responsible for giving a correct name, shipping address and contact details. Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address.

6. Offers, discounts and free gifts

  • Offers such as “2 pairs for a set price” are applied automatically at checkout to qualifying products in your cart and are shown in your cart before you pay. You can mix colors and sizes.
  • Where we advertise a free gift (for example, performance socks with your order), it is included with a qualifying order at no extra charge. The quantity depends on the offer selected at the time of purchase, as shown on the product page and in your cart. The gift is unbranded, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and is not sold separately.
  • If you return the shoes for a refund, we refund the amount you paid for the shoes and we do not require you to return a free gift.
  • We may change or end any offer at any time. A change does not affect orders already placed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, customs and lost packages are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our products are prepared and shipped by our production partners, and we provide a tracking number for every order.

8. Returns, refunds and guarantee

Our Refund and Returns Policy and Manufacturing Quality Guarantee explain how to return a product, exchange a size and claim a defect. They form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

9. Use of the site

You agree not to: use the site for anything unlawful; try to gain unauthorized access to it or interfere with how it works; use bots, scrapers or automated tools to place orders or collect data; submit false, misleading or abusive information; or resell our products commercially without our written permission. For bulk or team orders, email us.

10. Intellectual property

The AURORO name, logo, product photography, text, graphics and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other brand names on the site, if any, belong to their owners.

11. Third-party services and links

We use third-party services to run the store, process payments and deliver orders. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services that we link to or that you use through this site.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided as described, and we make no promises other than those stated in these Terms and required by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section does not remove any warranty or right that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer laws.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at contact@marcoauroro.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country, nothing here removes that right.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after that date.
