Manufacturing Quality Guarantee

Every pair is checked before it ships. If a pair has a manufacturing defect, such as a sole that separates, stitching that opens or a broken lace eyelet, within 90 days of delivery, we replace it or refund it.

What it does not cover

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, sports use beyond the shoe's design, and cleaning in a washing machine or dryer.
